FAQ
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about delivery, returns, warranty and our showroom in Roeselare.
How is the delivery?
You choose your own delivery date when ordering. You will receive a track & trace by email at the latest the day before, and two drivers deliver your order — you can follow them online on the delivery day.
Do you also deliver in the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
Can I return my order?
You always have 30 days to return recliners, sofas and boxsprings ordered online, from the day of receipt. A return is arranged simply by email with our customer service. The first delivery is free; for a return, we charge €69 transport costs per product.
What warranty do I get?
By default, all products enjoy a statutory warranty of 2 years, unless another warranty period is stated on the invoice. We always carry out repairs ourselves with our own repair service — never outsourced to third parties.
Can I try out the seats in your showroom?
Yes, our showroom in Roeselare (Hendrik Consciencestraat 1) is open every Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00, no appointment necessary. On other days, you can book an appointment online.
How can I contact you?
Via info@swiss-relax.be, by phone at 0800/61 112, or via the contact form. Our customer service answers emails from Monday to Saturday.
What is the difference between a riser recliner with 2 or 3 motors?
In a 2-motor model, such as the Malmo or the Medicare DUO, one motor controls the lift and footrest functions, and the second motor controls the backrest. In a 3-motor model, such as the ErgoPush, the back, legs, and lift functions are each driven separately, allowing for additional seating positions — for example, reclining with your legs up. Read more on our blog.
What is a zero gravity recliner?
A zero gravity recliner elevates your legs above heart level, the position NASA developed for astronauts during launch. This reduces pressure on the intervertebral discs and is often recommended for back pain or herniated discs. More information can be found on the Zero Gravity page.
Can I have my old sofa taken away upon delivery?
In many cases, our drivers can take your old sofa when delivering your new purchase. Please inform our customer service when scheduling the delivery.
Do you also deliver to businesses or residential care centers?
Yes, in addition to private individuals, we also supply to businesses and residential care centres, for example, our Medicare models. Businesses can order with an invoice via Peppol e-invoicing.
What if my seat needs a repair after the warranty period?
Swiss Relax has its own repair service, also available on Sundays. Even after the 2-year warranty period, you can contact us for a repair, which can be requested via our repair form.
What upholstery can I choose for my recliner?
Most models are available in leather and in fabric. Some models also offer half-leather upholstery, a combination of leather on the seating areas and fabric on the sides.
How do I care for my recliner or lift chair?
For leather, we recommend a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight. For upholstery fabric, you can vacuum and remove light stains with a damp cloth.
