What are the biggest differences between the Medicare and the Sereno?
The Medicare has a classic design, while the Sereno has a more modern look. The Sereno swivels smoothly, whereas the Medicare stays fixed in one direction.
Do I need a battery?
- If you have a socket nearby, you don't need a battery.
- If the sofa is placed in the middle of the living room, a battery can be useful. Then there are no cables on the ground that you can fall over.
- You can always order this battery online after delivery. We will then send this with bpost. Connection is very simple (plug & play).
- With the Medicare and the Stockholm, the battery is located at the back of the seat. The Malmo comes with a handy carrying bag.
What is the delivery time?
All seats are in stock and we can deliver to you in a few days. The delivery of a stand-up chair also includes unpacking and setting up the chair(s) where you wish.
How much does a riser recliner cost?
Our riser recliners start from €799. The Medicare costs €799, the Medicare DUO €999 and the swivelling Sereno €1199. Every price includes free delivery and installation in Belgium and the Netherlands — no surprises.
Should I choose 2 or 3 motors?
If you mainly need help standing up, 2 motors are usually sufficient and you save on the price. If you spend many hours in your chair, or want to adjust the legrest and backrest fully independently, 3 motors are the better choice. Also read our article on the difference between 2 and 3 motors.
Can I try the chairs first?
Of course! In our showroom in Roeselare (Hendrik Consciencestraat 1) you can walk in freely every Saturday from 1 pm to 5 pm to test all models, no appointment needed. On other days, simply book an appointment online.
What if the chair isn't right for me?
You have a 30-day trial period: if the chair doesn't suit you, we take it back. You also enjoy a 2-year legal warranty and our own repair service, available 7 days a week — even after the warranty period, we handle repairs ourselves.
