This Privacy Policy applies specifically to customers of SWISS-RELAX.BE and users of our online services. At SWISS-RELAX.BE, it is our priority to protect your privacy when you use our services. That is why we have determined how your personal data is processed and secured.

    We keep your data for as long as necessary and as required by law, in order to provide you with our services.

After that, your personal data is deleted. SWISS-RELAX.BE retains personal data due to legal obligations, such as accounting regulations and other legal reasons such as ongoing contractual
relationships. If, however, you wish your personal data to be deleted, you can indicate this via info@SWISS-RELAX.BE, and it will be removed. This is also possible when it has been agreed with a third party.

In addition, SWISS-RELAX.BE will report to the privacy commission within 72 hours in the event of a data breach, unless there is no direct danger to the personal data.

Who can view the data?

(Bpost, Post NL, DHL and Dynalogic) and payment partners (Mollie, Ingenico,
Worldline), is used exclusively to fulfil the obligations of
SWISS-RELAX.BE towards you. Our partners have confirmed that they also comply
with the European data protection legislation (law of 28 May 2018) and
EU Directive 95/46/EC.

Conversion measurement Google Ads (offline conversions)

SWISS-RELAX.BE uses Google Ads to promote its products and services. In order to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements, we share limited data with Google Ireland Ltd. When you arrive on our website via a Google advertisement, we register the click ID (GCLID) that Google assigns to your visit, for example when you fill in a contact form or book an appointment in our showroom. If you subsequently make a purchase in our showroom or by telephone, we may pass on to Google the time and value of that purchase, together with the click ID and/or your email address in encrypted (hashed) form. Purchases with card

SWISS-RELAX.BE may also transfer your personal data to creditworthiness agencies or collection agencies for credit checking,
identity verification and collection. When making purchases with a card, all information is sent in encrypted form via a secure SSL connection
. This prevents third parties from reading your credit card details. For card purchases, we work with an authorised payment agent (Mollie or Shopify), who checks directly with your bank whether the card is valid for the purchase you want to make. This payment agent processes your card details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. This ensures that your card details are processed securely. When paying by card, we reserve the right to carry out an identity check.
