The most common questions about delivery.
How does free delivery work?
- We deliver from Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery is free, and you can choose your delivery date when ordering.
- The morning of your delivery day you will receive an email with a time indication of your delivery.
Is my choice really in stock?
If it is on the website, it is in stock and we can deliver it immediately.
Is delivery possible abroad?
We only deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. Do you live in another country, such as France, and would you still like to order from us? You can also collect your order from us.
Which products do you install upon delivery?
- We install all electric recliners (such as Malmo, Medicare, Palermo, etc.).
- We drop off the manual recliners at the front door. Hereby
With seats you only have to click the back into the seat and you are done
finished. - We drop off the electric box springs and marble tables at the
door. These items require about 5 minutes of assembly by the customer. - We send small items such as pillows with Bpost.
Is a collection possible?
This can be done by appointment. Send us an email if you wish to make a collection.

How can I pay for my order?
You have the following options:
- Payment upon delivery with Bancontact (most popular);
- Payment online with Visa, Mastercard, KBC online, etc.
- Payment after delivery by bank transfer (this is only possible for service flats or residential care centers.)
- Payment in advance by bank transfer.
Why are competing brands so much more expensive?
- Classical advertising, such as advertisements in magazines or newspapers, is
duration. Swiss-relax prefers word of mouth advertising and tries
avoid expensive advertising as much as possible. A good product is the best
advertisement. - You will not find us in large and expensive storefronts. This
immediately results in significant savings in the fixed costs of a
company. - Our products go directly from the factory to the
end consumer. This allows us to avoid several expensive intermediaries.
We do not have to include the above expenses in the sales price
of our products. This allows us to provide high quality
to offer products at democratic prices.
Can I order by telephone?
To avoid errors, we recommend doing this via the webshop. It's simple, fast and we will send you an overview by email after receiving your order.
Are other colors or dimensions possible?
Only what you can find on the site is available. Unfortunately, other sizes and colors are not possible.

How can I request a repair?
Most problems are easy to solve. Just think of a loose or pinched cable. Here you can find the most common problems and solutions.

How long does a repair take?
- This varies per product and problem. We can solve most problems on site, which means we can repair them very quickly.
- It is therefore very important to solve your problem in advance

Do you also repair seats that do not come from Swiss-relax?
That is practically not feasible. After all, other brands use different parts, and they are often not compatible.
