Almost all our seats have movable parts. It is important to lubricate it occasionally. Do you hear the frame creaking when your chair turns or uses the stand-up function? Then grease the moving parts with
silicone spray.

We use high-quality cold foam on most seats (whether or not in combination with springs). This filling needs some time to fully adapt to your body. A new seat needs a few weeks to adapt. It's like a new pair of shoes that you have to break in.

Do you have a chair that works on an electrical outlet? First check whether the plug is in the socket. Is the transformer light on?

Does the problem persist? Then carefully lay your chair on its back and check at the bottom whether all cable plugs are secure. The majority of problems are a loose plug.
